Tech Pour Tous is a hands-on free program empowering women and girls in Bekaa’s rural communities to bridge the digital divide, gain in-demand tech skills, and transform their career & entrepreneurial journey.

Over several months, participants receive tailored training in web development, data analytics, digital marketing, and cybersecurity, complemented by hackathons, mentorship, paid internships, and job placement opportunities. This integrated pathway enables participants to gain real-world experience, build confidence, and transition into the digital workforce as future tech leaders

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Tech Pour Tous program is open for vulnerable women & girls in Lebanon

To be considered for the Tech Pour Tous program, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Girls aged between 12 and 19 years old
Residing in Bekaa
Motivated to learn English, tech, and leadership
No prior experience required

By joining the program, you will move through a structured journey across four key phases:

Phase 1 – Soft Skills & Digital Literacy
Build a strong foundation through 30 hours of training in communication, teamwork, CV writing, and essential digital tools.

Phase 2 – Technical Training
Develop in-demand expertise through 120+ hours of specialized training in Web Development, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or Cybersecurity.

Phase 3 – Hackathons & Projects
Apply your skills in real scenarios through team-based problem-solving, prototyping, and entrepreneurship challenges.

Phase 4 – Internships & Job Opportunities
Step into the workforce through paid internships and job placement pathways, with 45 top participants gaining hands-on experience and continuous guidance to launch careers or businesses.
