Takallam Social Center

Helping challenged kids reach their full potential

The Takallam Social Center, inaugurated in 2022, is a dedicated space that provides a supportive environment for children facing challenges in learning, stuttering, and expressive disorders.

The Takallam Social Center is staffed by trained professionals who provide speech & psychomotor therapy, orientation, counseling, individualized and collective psychological aid for children and parents, and many other supports.

This individualized approach ensures that each child receives the attention and assistance they need to succeed.

In addition to one-on-one support, the Takallam Social Center provides group activities and events that allow children to engage with one another and build social connections. These activities are fun and engaging, and they help children develop their communication skills and self-confidence in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Having a child with learning difficulties can be challenging for parents. That’s why, at Takallam, we also provide support and guidance to the parents through collective and private sessions.

We empower individuals to take control of their mental health, seek help when necessary, and create a more supportive and enlightened environment on various topics.

Positive Parenting Sessions

At Takallam Center, we understand that parenting can be challenging especially when dealing with children who have learning or speech difficulties. That’s why we offer Positive Parenting Sessions, designed with a holistic approach to empower parents with the knowledge and skills needed to support their children effectively; manage their anger, and handle their stubbornness.

Through Positive Parenting Sessions, parents gain knowledge and tools to build stronger connections with their children while also learning how to manage their own emotions constructively.
