Ente ADDA

Empowering Women, Transforming Communities

In 2020, the Michel Daher Foundation introduced "Ente ADDA," a transformative initiative designed to empower women through skills development, psychosocial support, and mentorship.

The program was centered around providing women with crucial soft skills, fostering their professional growth, and facilitating their entry into the workforce while also encouraging their participation in the political sphere.

Through awareness sessions, we empowered women to comprehend and advocate for their own rights.

Our commitment spanned across various demographics, including teenagers, housewives, and working professionals. The core focus was to inspire women to embrace self-love, initiate positive changes, and achieve their aspirations.

By challenging outdated stereotypes and nurturing leadership qualities among women in the Bekaa area, we worked to build an empowered community.

Our initiatives also centered around raising awareness about critical psychological, positive parenting, social, and communication topics through enlightening sessions. This ensured that women found their rightful place in society and thrived.
