Unlocking Potential, Fueling Growth, & Creating Job Opportunities in Bekaa

The Lebanese Enterprise Development (LED) Program by Michel Daher Foundation, aimed to upscale companies in the Bekaa region by equipping their human resources with new skills for a brighter future.

Funded by USAID, Michel Daher Foundation implemented the Lebanese Enterprise Development (LED) Program, focusing on enhancing the productivity of companies, upgrading their processes, raising their competitive advantage, and increasing their potential to grow and create new jobs.

The project was designed to equip the human resources of companies in the Bekaa region with the necessary skills to excel in their respective fields.

Participants received training on a variety of topics, including PLC Vehicle Maintenance, Vehicle Logistics, Eco-Drive, Supply Chain Management, Electro-Mechanical, AutoCAD, Motors Drive, Synchronization System, Argon Welding, and more. These training programs aimed to enhance participants’ skills and boost their productivity.

In 2021, the LED project successfully impacted the lives and careers of 198 beneficiaries from 10 companies, as well as unemployed individuals.
