My Skills, My Future Program

From Training to Employment, Your Career Starts Here!

Your future won’t wait, and neither should you! Join the “My Skills, My Future” program today and gain hands-on training, expert guidance, and real job opportunities.

“My Skills, My Future” program advances youth employability in Lebanon by empowering vulnerable youth through skills development, vocational training, and career guidance, linking learning to employment and fostering sustainable livelihoods and community impact.

The program goes beyond technical know-how by combining hands-on training in residential electricity, plumbing, agriculture, maintenance and welding, HVAC, nursing assistance, and hospitality services with the development of essential soft skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and communication—preparing participants to thrive in real workplace environments.

More than a training initiative, “My Skills, My Future” is about unlocking potential and building confidence. It empowers youth to take ownership of their career paths, to discover and pursue cash for work and job opportunities that match their passions, and to contribute positively to their communities. This program is supported by UNICEF and implemented by Michel Daher Social Foundation.
