Over the past months, we engaged in a process that involved the entire team—reflecting, analyzing, and enhancing our organizational practices. This journey included deep dives into our processes, governance, strategy, and mission-driven projects.
We are proud to say that the EFQM assessment recognized our alignment with our mission to support Lebanese communities. Our transformation journey has allowed us to refine our approach, enhance our processes, and ensure that our actions are truly impactful. We introduced new governance practices, strengthened internal communication, and emphasized the quality of service delivery across all our programs, taking into account the needs of the communities we serve.
